Why is it important to know about consumer rights ?

In the financial 2019, there were 1,40,000 E-commerce frauds happened in India in consumer rights were exploited. In the same year  RBI detected bank frauds worth Rs.71,500 Crore . These all cases occur due to inappropriate knowledge and low awareness about consumer rights and duties. Even after these frauds occur, only 1-2% of these cases actually reach the consumer court. That is why we want to spread awareness about our rights and our duties and to help more and more people fight against these type of happenings.
